Hi fans! Today I’ve added a full set of screencaptures from the Tourism Victoria advert video. Hopefully a better quality version that doesn’t have that massive title tag on it will be available sometime. Despite that, Isabel looks gorgeous in the ad, as does Daylesford (the region she’s promoting)! I’ve also added a few ‘stills’ from the advert – these have watermarks on them unfortunately, but they’re still very pretty.
This campaign will be taking all forms – as well as the TV advert there will also be print ads in magazines and online promotional banners etc. I’ll be keeping an eye out for these so stay tuned for further coverage here, as it pops up! As always, contributions of anything from this campaign would be really appreciated

HOLLYWOOD-based Australian beauty Isabel Lucas is to star in a multi-million dollar tourism campaign showcasing Victoria as the nation’s premium indulgence and wellbeing destination.
The $7.3 million Daylesford – Lead a Double Life – campaign will kick off tomorrow night on television screens around Australia.
In the TV advertisement, Lucas explores the dual attractions of the region by frolicking at a decadent soiree by night and recovering the next day with a stroll through the countryside and a dip in the natural mineral springs.
Tourism Minister Tim Holding said the state’s industry had held up better than anywhere else in the nation through the global financial crisis.
Last year, for the first time in decades, interstate tourists spent more money in Melbourne than Sydney, he said.
“Melbourne has outstripped Sydney as the preferred destination for Australians,” Mr Holding said today.
“But we can’t be complacent in what are the most extraordinarily difficult circumstances that our industry has seen.”

ISABEL Lucas has taken a leaf out of Lara Bingle’s books and starred in an Australian tourism campaign.
Yet while Lucas is a rising star in Hollywood, recently stealing the limelight from her Transformers Revenge Of The Fallen co-star Megan Fox, she’s become the face not of the whole country but of the Victorian resort town of Daylesford.
The campaign, which hits TV screens tomorrow, comes with a $7million price tag but there is no word yet on how much of that was needed to secure the LA-based star. While here she spent time getting cosy with Joel Edgerton.
DAYLESFORD – lead a double life.
That is the message of a new advertising campaign promoting the region as Australia’s premier spa and wellbeing destination.
Featuring Hollywood-based Australian actress Isabel Lucas, the ad was screened for the first time last night at The Convent Gallery to an impressed audience.
More than $7 million was spent on the campaign, which is hoped will attract more interstate visitors to Victoria by highlighting the dualities in Daylesford _ decadence and purity, indulgence and rejuvenation and temptation and redemption.
Tourism and Major Events Minister Tim Holding said the Daylesford and Macedon Ranges region was the perfect vehicle to spearhead Victoria’s tourism campaign over the next three years.

ISABEL LUCAS is an actress who suffers for her art … up to a point.
The former Home And Away star and Logie winner was in Sydney this week to promote the new Transformers flick in which she stars.
While she’s no Meryl Streep or Cate Blanchett – yet – Lucas, who undertook intense acting classes before she joined the cast of Home And Away, was enthusiastically telling reporters the lengths she had to go to take on her role as a Princeton University student in the sci-fi film.
All those acting classes must have come in handy to meet director Michael Bay’s demands that she be well tanned for her role. Lucas refined her “craft” in a Hollywood solarium, though she said the “claustrophobia” drove her mad so she opted for a series of spray tans. During the casting call, she was wearing a black dress, which Bay apparently found underwhelming. When she took his advice and came back in a colourful dress, she landed the role.
It appears big things are awaiting Lucas in Hollywood. This month she was featured in Vanity Fair as a face to watch. Indeed, Lucas’s prospects look bright, having followed the Sophie Monk formula for fame by dating a string of high-profile men.
She recently ended up in co-star Shia LaBeouf’s car when the actor had an accident, leaving her with a nasty bump on her head.
Word is that hottie Isabel Lucas is hoping to snag a role in the film thats got Hollywood buzzing.
Isabel Lucas has emerged as a frontrunner in a list of impossibly gorgeous twentysomethings auditioning for director Sofia Coppola for roles in her new film Somewhere.
Sofia has an uncanny knack for discovering new talent – she cast the then barely known Scarlett Johansson in her 2003 Oscar-winning movie Lost in Translation. And Isabel, 24, is hoping a part in Somewhere could do the same for her profile. Industry insiders say the actress met Sofia last week and is keen to take part.
Somewhere, also written by Sofia, is about a hard-living hollywood actor who re-examines his life after a visit from his 11-year-old daughter. Stephen Dorff has been cast as the father and Elle Fanning as his daughter, with filming expected to begin in July. It’s a family affair, produced by Sofia’s father Francis Ford Coppola’s American Zoetrope film studios, and will mark the producing debut of her brother Roman.
Isabel, who starred for three years in Home and Away, quit the show in 2006 and has since been pursuing a career in Hollywood. She stars in the new Transformers sequel and has already become a gossip column favourite. After splitting with Entourage star Adrien Grenier in August 2006, the actress has been linked to her Transformers co-star Shia LaBeouf, 30 seconds to Mars rocker Jared Leto, and The Waiting City co-star Joel Edgerton, who she was spotted kissing in Byron Bay in January.
But she also has a close circle of Aussie expat friends in LA, including Megan Gale, former Home and Away actress Sharni Vinson and Teresa Palmer. One LA powerbroker says: “Every aspiring young actress wants a part in Sofia’s film but she seemed really taken with Isabel. She thinks Isabel has real screen presence.”
Move over Scarlett! This could be Isabel’s big break.
