I came across a video of a deleted scene from Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen featuring Isabel the other day, and today have added screencaps from it. In this scene, Sam lays eyes on Alice for the first time, and she begins to work her charm on him!

I’ll add the video to our video page once it’s open … unless there is a high demand to see it now? Let me know and I can post it.

Scene Stealer: ‘Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen’
In “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen,” motorcycles, bulldozers and toasters transform into a menacing militia, but it’s the robot with a more feminine side that stands out among the heavy metal soldiers. Alice, a “pretender” Decepticon, emerges in the form of a sexy coed who shares a near-fatal kiss with Sam Witwicky (Shia LaBeouf) via her titanium tongue. “We had to take a beautiful girl and turn her into a nasty killing machine in a short time,” said Matthew Butler, visual effects supervisor at Digital Domain in Venice.

The transformation begins with her face eroding away, revealing the components inside. “We didn’t want her to look like she had a skin disease,” Butler said. So, a zipper-like effect was created.

No green screen or motion capture was used when shooting actress Isabel Lucas. But it took seven months for a team of 20 to create countless layers of effects, devised with complex equations and meticulous rendering with the software Houdini to create the six-second shot.

Why Just 2 Seconds of Transformers 2 Took 3 Months to Complete
About six months ago, Michael Bay approached Digital Domain, the Academy Award winning special effects company behind movies like Benjamin Button, Titanic , and the The Fifth Element, with a last minute request. He needed a closeup. (WARNING: Minor Spoilers Ahead).

Megan Fox and Shia LaBeouf’s Transformers sequel has topped the 300 million dollar mark in the US.

Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen shot past the milestone this week after just 14 days on release.

It means the blockbuster is the second fastest movie to top 300 million dollars, behind last summer’s Batman flick The Dark Knight, which made it in 10 days.

So far the Transformers sequel has topped 600 million dollars worldwide.

The movie about shape-shifting robots is closing in on the original flick’s worldwide total of 700 million dollars.

Michael Jackson’s death may have overshadowed Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen as the top entertainment story of the weekend, but it didn’t hamper its box-office performance. After opening to an astounding $60.6 million on Wednesday, the PG-13 rated robot mash-up has grossed an estimated $201 million over its first five days, second only to The Dark Knight’s 5-day opening of $203 million. Its Friday-Sunday total reached $112 million, the best three-day opening this summer. IMAX screens accounted for $14.4 million.

The only other new release of the weekend, the Cameron Diaz-weepie My Sister’s Keeper, grossed $12 million for a fifth place in the box office derby. The rest of the top five was dominated by successful holdovers with The Proposal dropping only 45% its second weekend in theaters for a ten-day cume of $69.1 million and a weekend take of $18.5 million. The Hangover keeps on trucking, grossing an additional $17.2 million for a total cume of $183.2 million and third spot in the rankings. Pixar’s Up has now outgrossed Cars, earning $13 million for a total take of $250 million.

In limited release, Summit Entertainment scored big with its Iraq war drama The Hurt Locker from director Kathryn Bigelow. Opening on only four screens in New York and Los Angeles, the festival fave grossed $144,000 for a per-theater average of $36,000. The film was sold out in its four theaters on opposite coasts. It will expand into more markets on July 10.

Updated numbers from July 3rd: In just eight days, Michael Bay’s critic-shunning, robot-fighting juggernaut has grossed $239 million, putting it on track to be the highest grossing film of the summer: It’s guaranteed to surpass both Star Trek and Up over the weekend.

In the first “Transformers” movie, it all seemed so simple: Boy meets impossibly hot girl, witty banter is exchanged, boy gets girl and giant robots attack. In “Transformers: Revenge Of The Fallen,” however, a bizarre love triangle disrupts the lives of Sam (Shia LaBeouf) and Mikaela (Megan Fox) — with some help from a mysterious new woman.

“She is playing more of the seductress,” explained Isabel Lucas, the sexy young Australian actress who plays Alice in “Fallen,” the blockbuster film currently breaking box-office records worldwide. “She’s got mysterious intentions that we don’t really know about towards him. He is obviously in a relationship and still with Mikaela at this stage — so he is resisting it quite strongly.”

Although millions of fans are pouring into theaters to see the massive robots of “Transformers,” this Mikaela/ Sam/ Alice conflict serves as a major component of the film’s human element.

“It’s not that Sam is turning his back on Mikaela,” explained LaBeouf, whose character meets Alice while at college. “It’s just that a priority for Sam at this point is not only a relationship, but trying to juggle him liking himself.”

In what could be a sign of record-breaking success to come, “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” has already proven to be a hit. The film pulled in a record-breaking $16 million in its midnight showings on Wednesday. What does this prove? At the end of the day, nobody could give a damn what the reviewers have to say about it…they just want to go see Megan Fox look hot.

(Not to mention Isabel Lucas, who’s shaping up to be the film’s break-out star. Two ridiculously hot women for the price of one movie ticket? Yeah, who cares what the reviews say.)

While the numbers for “Transformers’” midnight showings are staggering, they still place second to “The Dark Knight,” which brought in $18.5 million with its own midnight showings. However, that was on a Friday. “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen,” now holds the record for a Wednesday midnight showings box-office.

The question now is whether or not poor word of mouth will hurt “Transformers” at the box office, or whether or not audiences will continue to fill theaters no matter what their friends tell them. Clearly, the terrible reviews that the film’s been getting haven’t been able to squash anyone’s excitement over seeing the film. Also clear is that people simply can’t get enough of Megan Fox and Shia LaBeouf onscreen together, and it may not matter very much what they’re doing when they’re on it.

On the other hand, “The Dark Knight” had some serious critical acclaim when it opened, which no doubt helped get people to the movies. Without that, “Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen” might start out with a bang, but end with a box-office whimper. We’ll have to wait until Monday when the official opening weekend numbers are in. We’re sure somewhere Michael Bay is keeping his fingers crossed.
