Sea Shepherd could not think of a more brave, passionate and dedicated activist and friend of the whales, than Isabel Lucas, also known for her role in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. Isabel has stepped up for duty for the oceans numerous times, including raising international awareness by attempting to stop annual slaughter of dolphins in Taiji, Japan in 2007.

Isabel fans, we are in for a treat! I’ve just come across the newly released teaser trailer for Loft, and it looks amazing! Isabel looks gorgeous, and it seems to be a much meatier role than she’s had before and I think she’s going to surprise us all in it. The teaser was premiered on Belgian website Vitter.be yesterday, I believe.
The movie is set for release in Europe in the Spring.

Today I have added screencaps from Home & Away episode #4164 – in this episode Tasha tries to support Robbie in his studies, as he tries to support her with her morning sickness and pregnancy, but it all gets too much for him and after losing his assignment he explodes and reveals he blames Tasha for all their current struggles, only for Tasha to overhear him.
Updates will be slow in the next week or so leading up to Christmas, because of the busy holiday season, but I will be continuing to work on content, Home & Away screencaps and more asap after Christmas Day (or sooner, depending on time!). For now, enjoy the new Home & Away caps:

Unfortunately it’s just a 1-page feature inside, with a brief article that talks about Isabel’s rise to fame, her charitable exploits, and how to get her make-up look. But it’s still a good read, and great to see her on the cover of more and more international magazines. Scans are in the Gallery for you.

She came to international fame with her role in 2009 in the second installment of the “Transformers” franchise. Shortly after that, the Australian actress was the cover girl of the Italian “Vogue”. Her latest movie “Immortals” is an action blockbuster in which she plays godess Athena alongside Mickey Rourke (in theatres now).
In real life, the 26-year-old surrounds herself with titans such as Shia LeBoeuf, Jake Gyllenhall and Jared Leto but her heart is beating only for the bearded, Australian singer-songwriter Angus Stone. Both are highly involved with the protection of the coral reefs of the Great Barrier Reef (protectourcoralsea.org.au). It’s not her first eco-political involvement: in 2007 the beauty with a fondness for romantic hippie-styles belonged to a group of activists that protested against whaling in Japan which earned her the nickname “Princess of Whales”
Recreate Isabel’s Nude-Look:
With a toned moisturizing cream and concealer for a transparent base, rouge in rosewood tones for fresh and natural looking cheeks. Beige-golden eyeshadow on the upper eyelid and as a thin line along the lower eyelid. Only use mascara on the upper eyelashes and fill in the eyebrows if needed. As a finish, use a matt nude-look lipstick.
Earlier today Isabel attended the opening of the Louis Vuitton Maison Australia in Sydney. She looked striking in a unique half navy-half patterned 3/4 length dress (from the LV Pre-Fall 2011 collection) with strappy black sandal heels and her blonde hair left naturally down. Ready for more Tasha goodies? Today I have added screencaps from two more Home & Away episodes – #4155 and #4156 from 2006. They are both quite Tasha centric episodes, particularly #4156. In these episodes we see Tasha dealing with morning sickness and the secret surrounding her pregnancy, and then the revelation that she killed Summer Bay’s much hated mayor, Josh West. More info on these episodes will be added to our Episode Guide in due course.

BYRON Bay may be in the process of being overrun by over-excited school leavers, but that didn’t stop Isabel Lucas and musician boyfriend Angus Stone enjoying a relaxing stroll through the centre of town.
The hippie couple stood out like sore thumbs among the schoolies, and were captured enjoying some Cold Rock ice cream.
Super-slender actress-activist Lucas carried a laptop case.
The bohemian pair has been inseparable since Lucas returned from a three-year stint in Los Angeles, recently releasing a film clip together for the Protect Our Coral Sea initiative.
Stone, half of the hit Sydney sibling duo with sister Julia Stone, is due to head to Bali in January with his sister to film a video for their next single.
Lucas is starring in new hit US movie Immortals, is likely to accompany her man for the trip.
I’ve added screencaps from another 2 episodes of Home & Away today, although they’re not the most cheerful episodes! In #4217, Tasha is in a panic because she thinks she’s going to give birth early while Robbie is still missing after the plane crash, and Jack is the only one who can calm her down. And in #4257, Tasha does give birth, but she finds it hard to connect with her new baby. So there are lots of caps of Tash screaming and squirming! These were the last 2 episodes I had saved on my computer, so I will start searching for more (including some more upbeat episodes!) to cap for you soon.

I’ve now added another 30 photos from last weeks Immortals World Premiere After Party. Izzy was snapped having a chat with Freida Pinto, and posing for pics with Freida, Henry Cavill, co-star Joseph Morgan, and producer Mark Canton.
There will be lots more photos from the premiere itself added in the next day or so – I just need to sort through them all, as there are so many!
Speaking of Immortals, I finally got see it yesterday, and it did not disappoint! The direction and visuals were stunning (as were the beautiful cast), and it was action packed and intense. Isabel was perfectly cast as Athena, with her calm voice and otherworldly manner. I loved seeing her on the big screen, and the shot where the camera panned round her face close-up was stunning. She didn’t have much screen time, unfortunately, and I did wish the Gods were featured more. I’d definitely recommend the movie – even if you’re not usually a fan of the genre!
