With all the excitement and promotion for Immortals (sadly) dying down now that the film has been released, I thought I’d go back to the beginning and make some more Home & Away screencaps. So today I have added caps from 3 more episodes. In episode #4115, Tash’s best friend Martha pretends to join The Believers cult, in an effort to find out more about them, but she doesn’t know what Mumma Rose has planned for Tasha later that day. In episode #3911, Tasha’s Aunt Josie is getting married, but Tash can’t keep Josie’s unfaithful secret anymore. And the final episode I capped today is #3939 which is very Tasha-centric – Tash wins the Miss Groper beauty contest on her last day in the Bay … her friends and family try to ask her if leaving is really what she wants, but she insists it is, until her boyfriend Robbie steps up and apologises for hurting her.

Some of the caps are not very good quality, but as I always say, we’re really lucky to be able to get any Home & Away episodes online, so I hope you’ll enjoy them none-the-less! More caps and content updates coming soon.

Another batch of stills of Isabel as Athena in Immortals were posted online in the last few days, and I’ve added them to our Gallery. A couple of them feature a ‘camouflaged’ Athena – it doesn’t look much like Isabel, but MultiVision Films’ Facebook says it really is her! I wonder what happened to Athena in this scene…

Now that Immortals promotion will be dying down, I’ll go back to adding some new-old things to the site – look out for Home & Away and A Heartbeat Away screencaptures to be added here this week!

Being back in the spotlight with Immortals, Isabel has been snapped out and about running errands in the last few days. On November 9th she was seen doing some grocery shopping at Gelson’s Supermarket in LA, looking cute and casual in a big jumper and denim shorts. And yesterday she and her mum were busy running errands and preparing for Isabel’s move back to Australia. The duo did their good deed for the day by dropping some things off at a donation center, as well as picking up a suitcase, having lunch, and sorting out her phone. Isabel looked super pretty in a black and white polka dot jumper and jeans.

I love these outfits, and I’m sure you are just as happy as I am to be seeing new candids of Isabel!

Isabel Lucas’ life story sounds like it’s lifted from the plot of Mean Girls: Young girl, raised in the wilds of Australia, lands among Hollywood cliques and must reconcile her upbringing with newfound fame.

Growing up in a peripatetic family (Lucas’ father is a pilot), the 26-year-old’s fondest memories come from living among Aboriginals in Australia’s Kakadu National Park. “I was literally running around barefoot, finding waterfalls with the Aboriginal kids,” she says. “The only things we had to be careful of were snakes and crocodiles.” Unlike so many actresses who champion a cause post-stardom, Lucas found activism first. “Being so close to nature, I learned a lot about living off the land — how to live and nourish yourself. It’s not even hippy-trippy; it just made sense for me to honor and respect Mother Earth.”

MARK JACOBS: I understand you grew up with a lot of animals.

ISABEL LUCAS: We had horses, dogs, cats, guinea pigs, rabbits, turtles, lizards, quails, budgies, mice . . . I’m trying to remember everything. I lived for a couple of years when I was 9 years old on beautiful Aboriginal sacred land in a town of a thousand people in northwestern Australia. It’s where the Aborigines are still very connected to their culture, the Dreamtime culture. It was really quite a special experience. I was a barefoot earth child for a couple of years. My best friend was Aboriginal.

Jacobs: What did your parents do that they could offer you that kind of experience?

Lucas: Dad was a farmer, and when my older sister Nina and I were born, he became a pilot. Mom worked with autistic children. We ended up moving for Dad’s work. We spent a lot of time in nature, but we did live in cities like Melbourne as well. When I was 7, I went to school in Switzerland because everyone on my mom’s side of the family lives there. Then we were back in Australia, in Queensland. That’s where we had the chance to have lots of different animals. I spent a lot of time living in nature and building cubby houses in big old trees by the ocean. We had a paddock, and I would take the horses to swim in the creek.

Isabel attended the world premiere of Immortals in Los Angeles last night, and she looked stunning! All her main co-stars were also in attendance, and Izzy posed with Kellan Lutz and Freida Pinto on the red carpet, and with Henry Cavill and Freida inside at the after-party. They’re a pretty beautiful cast, don’t you think?

Isabel wore a pale pink (?) satin dress by Roksanda Ilincic dress which had contrasting burgundy straps and a daring split up the front, nude strappy heel shoes by Stuart Weitzman, and minimal jewelley from Gray Gallery. Her very blonde hair was styled iron straight, with pretty braids to frame her face – adding her typical hippie vibe to the outfit! What do you think about this look on Miss Lucas? I really like it – I like seeing her glammed up but still remaining true to herself in that style. So it’s a thumbs up from me!

I’ve added 45 HQ photos to the Gallery to start our collection off, including some super gorgeous close-up shots, plus the cutest shot of Isabel giving the cameras her biggest grin! She seems to be getting a lot more confident on the red carpet. Lots more photos will be added later today and in the coming days.

Immortals hits cinemas this coming Friday, so we’re continuing the excitement with some Immortals related content updates today! I’ve added some new Icons, Bookmarks & Desktop Icons, some of which are of Athena, others feature recent photoshoots. And in the Extras section we have fun new Immortals Tic Tac Toe and Concentration games!

I’ve just discovered that Isabel has yet another feature in a high profile magazine, this time in one of my favourites – Interview. The 7+ page spread features a gorgeous and relaxed looking new black and white photoshoot and a new interview.
