With a big thanks to Sway, we now have exclusive scans from the new issue of German Glamour that Isabel covers. Unfortunately it’s just a 1-page feature inside, with a brief article that talks about Isabel’s rise to fame, her charitable exploits, and how to get her make-up look. But it’s still a good read, and great to see her on the cover of more and more international magazines. Scans are in the Gallery for you.

Cover Look: Isabel Lucas
She makes Hollywood (and us) melt with her uber-natural charisma.

She came to international fame with her role in 2009 in the second installment of the “Transformers” franchise. Shortly after that, the Australian actress was the cover girl of the Italian “Vogue”. Her latest movie “Immortals” is an action blockbuster in which she plays godess Athena alongside Mickey Rourke (in theatres now).

In real life, the 26-year-old surrounds herself with titans such as Shia LeBoeuf, Jake Gyllenhall and Jared Leto but her heart is beating only for the bearded, Australian singer-songwriter Angus Stone. Both are highly involved with the protection of the coral reefs of the Great Barrier Reef (protectourcoralsea.org.au). It’s not her first eco-political involvement: in 2007 the beauty with a fondness for romantic hippie-styles belonged to a group of activists that protested against whaling in Japan which earned her the nickname “Princess of Whales”

Recreate Isabel’s Nude-Look:
With a toned moisturizing cream and concealer for a transparent base, rouge in rosewood tones for fresh and natural looking cheeks. Beige-golden eyeshadow on the upper eyelid and as a thin line along the lower eyelid. Only use mascara on the upper eyelashes and fill in the eyebrows if needed. As a finish, use a matt nude-look lipstick.

Following her multiple magazine covers a month or so ago, German fans can now find Isabel on the cover of their new issue of Glamour magazine! Yep, Isabel graces the cover of the January 2012 issue of German Glamour. The photo used on the cover is from Isabel’s recent UK Tatler spread, and I expect the photos inside are from that same shoot, or another recent one. I don’t know whether the interview/article inside is new yet. You can see a run-down of the main features in this issue here at their website, although there is nothing more about Isabel’s feature.

I’ve just discovered that Isabel has yet another feature in a high profile magazine, this time in one of my favourites – Interview. The 7+ page spread features a gorgeous and relaxed looking new black and white photoshoot and a new interview. I’ve added 7 pictures from the spread to the Gallery – I think these scans are missing the interview text pages so I will be on the lookout for a full set of scans and will add them whenever possible.

Isabel’s Australian Vogue cover is here! As we reported previously, it was announced earlier this month that she would be gracing the cover of the December issue, and the Aussie Vogue team have since tweeted that Isabel’s feature was shot in Africa a couple of months ago. Today they have released the cover, and it is a good one! Isabel looks so stunning and natural (check out those freckles!), and the cover is really unique, I think. Check out the cover in our Gallery.

I believe this issue hits Aussie news-stands on November 2nd. We’ll have a full set of scans for you asap after that, so be sure to check back for them – judging by this cover I think we’re in for a special treat with the full spread…

Continuing the mass magazine promotion for Immortals, my friend Maria just alerted me to Isabel being featured in the new issue of Glamour UK! In the new 8-page photoshoot, Isabel models some chic and cool party looks – and she looks stunning! With her light blonde hair, she actually reminds me of Tasha in a few shots. Kristen Stewart is on the cover of the magazine. If you live in the UK, be sure to pick up a copy of this issue when it hits news-stands in the coming days.

I’ve added scans from the magazine to the Gallery, but will be on the lookout for better quality versions too.

More – yes, more – exciting news for us today Isabel fans, as my friend Maria has alerted me to the fact that Ms Lucas has a spread in the new issue of US Marie Claire magazine! It’s a fantastic, fun and funky 8 page spread inside the issue, with all-new photos and a brief article/interview. I love this photoshoot, the colours really pop out against the brown. And I’ve said it before but will say it again, it’s so great seeing Izzy featured in so many international and reputable magazines now!

The issue has Katie Holmes on the cover, so next time you’re at a news-stand, keep your eyes peeled and pick up a copy to enjoy Izzy’s spread up-close.

Hold on to your seats because this update is a good one! Tatler went on sale today and I picked up a copy and was not disappointed in any way. There are in fact two covers, as they couldn’t decide which photo of Isabel to use for it. One is a lovely bright shot of Izzy in yellow/orange, and the other is a softer, beautiful close-up of her face. Inside the magazine, the spread is gorgeous, and even though the interview is very short, I’m so glad they dedicated so many pages to Isabel – 8 pages of glorious photos. The photoshoot is ethereal, fairy-esque and dazzling … Isabel is such an effective model, I think.

I haven’t had time to make proper scans today, but I really wanted to show you all the feature, so I snapped a few photos of the spread and uploaded them to the Gallery. The quality is not good and I admit I have put rather large tags on them for now. But these will be replaced with good quality scans as soon as I can. Please be kind and don’t re-post these elsewhere – just give us a link back instead. I’m really excited to be able to share these with you already so be nice to us!

Needless to say, pick up a copy of this magazine if you can. Hunt it down – it’s worth it!

Another day and another cover rumours, although this one really is a rumour. A twitterer has reported that Isabel may be the cover star of the December issue of Aussie Vogue. We will have to wait and see on this (the December issue would be released in late November I think) but I’m sure you’re all about to burst with excitement at this possibility! I would be yet another BIG land for Isabel ….

EDITED an hour later: It’s a rumour no more!! Vogue Australia’s Editor In Chief Kirstie Clements has confirmed that they are shooting Isabel for their December issue! Excited to see the cover and spread?! I think so…
