It seems The Wedding Party is getting a bit more promotion in the US, as a premiere for it was held in Los Angeles earlier this month. Isabel and director Amanda Jane were both in attendance, with Isabel looking pretty in a black sequinned jacket and red top (can’t see the bottom half unfortunately!). At first sight I thought she’d cut her hair short, but she’s actually just got it cleverly tied back. Whilst on the red carpet Isabel spoke of her delight at the film getting this premiere, saying:
“This is really special and I’m delighted to be here. It feels great for The Wedding Party to be picked up in the States. We all felt passionate about the script, and it’s wonderful that Film Festival Flix takes Indy, underdog films. This really was a love project for us.”

Just over a week ago Isabel attended a photo exhibition hosted by Summit On The Summit to mark World Water Day. You might remember that it was the Summit On The Summit charity that Isabel climbed Mount Kilimanjaro with 3 years ago. SOTS is a charity concerned with bringing awareness to the need for more access to clean water around the world. Isabel looked pretty at this photo exhibition in a little peach YB J’Aime blouse and skirt from the Mademoiselle 2012 collection with a Proenza Schouler PS11 Classic bag, and posed with fellow supporters including her good friend, musician Kenna.

Isabel looked extremely pretty in pink at the Los Angeles premiere of Nobody Walks on Tuesday night! She walked the red carpet in a little pink dress with a flower embroidered on the front, with red lips and her blonde hair subtlely clipped back. Isabel accompanied her former Home & Away co-star Rhys Wakefield to the premiere, as he appears in the film. (Speaking of the film, you can read about it here if you want to.) I really love this look on Isabel – I think everything looks just right! What do you think?

Isabel dropped into New York Fashion Week on Sunday, attending the fashion show and after party for Y-3. She wore a Y-3 shirt dress with mesh sandals, and one of her favourite and trademark headpieces. She was seen sitting between Anton Yelchin and Jesse Williams during the show. Y-3 must be one of Isabel’s new favourite labels, as she attended their Fall 2012 show during New York’s first Fashion Week back in February.

As we first posted about a few weeks ago, Isabel has lent her support to the Rose D’or Festival this year. The festival took place this week, and Isabel was in attendance for the opening and closing events. Last weekend she cut the ribbon to announce the opening of the festival, and wore a typically pretty hippy style cream dress and trademark headband for the event. Further down this post is an article on the festival’s opening. And then on Thursday she was back in attendance for the closing day’s Awards Night, at which she presented Jeremy Clarkson the Lifetime Achievement award for his show Top Gear.
During her time there, Isabel also did an interview for a Swiss publication, and posed for some photos for them. Therefore we have a couple of new photoshoot pictures! She posed in her hotel, and against a backdrop of the mountains with her sister. In the interview (which I will post here asap as soon as I can translate it properly), she said that she likes vegemite with cheese, prefers cows to kangaroos, and admits that she has never seen Ayers Rock in person!

Well Isabel did make an appearance at the Costume Institute Gala last night, but it was a rather low-key one. I have searched all over the web today, and all I can find are two photos from the event, which you can now view in our Gallery. Her Proenza Schouler outfit was a beautiful and unique peacock coloured short dress, which she paired with boots and a loose up-do hairstyle. It certainly doesn’t compare to her stunning Louis Vuitton dress last year, but I think Isabel looks really pretty here (love the hair and make-up), and the colour looks good on her.
It’s strange how her appearance was so low-key and not really talked about, especially given her rising style icon status. I have read a rumour that the design team were not interested in being seen with her, which – if true – is a shame.
Still, despite the disappointing lack of buzz surrounding her appearance, we can still enjoy the two pictures we do have …

As we previously reported, Isabel will be attending the Met Ball in New York City tonight, where she will be the date of design label Proenza Schouler. After last years spectacular Lous Vuitton coral gown and trend-setting headpiece, I am very excited to see what she will wear this year!

As posted about on our Twitter (follow us for more Izzy!), Isabel is currently attending the opening of the new Marquee Nightclub at The Star in Sydney. The official Marquee Twitter team have posted the first snap of Izzy walking their red carpet, and she looks pretty in what looks to be a pale peach dress with some gold decoration on the front. I’ve embedded the first tweet below, and I will be on the lookout for more photos from this party later…
Last weekend, Isabel made her first public appearance of 2012, at the Y-3 fashion show during New York Fashion Week. She looked urban cool in an ensemble of different blues and bits and pieces, and sat next to fellow young star Anton Yelchin on the front row. Y-3 is a label owned by adidas, and according to NYMag.com is known for it’s “edgy takes on the basics of athleticwear”. Read more about the label at Style.com and visit their official site.

Earlier today Isabel attended the opening of the Louis Vuitton Maison Australia in Sydney. She looked striking in a unique half navy-half patterned 3/4 length dress (from the LV Pre-Fall 2011 collection) with strappy black sandal heels and her blonde hair left naturally down.
