Our lovely Isabel Lucas turns 25 today, and I would like to wish her a very, very HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Isabel, I hope you spend a perfect day with your loved ones, and that the year ahead brings you even more happiness and success, and all that you wish for. Fans, feel free to leave your birthday wishes for Isabel on this post – it’s unlikely that she’ll see them, but you really never know As you can see, we have a gorgeous new layout to mark the occasion! What with the new Grazia photoshoot and Isabel’s birthday, I thought what better time to have a new layout. So Mikaela created this beautiful design for us. I love it, and hope you do too! The climbers have now reached 14,298ft in their trek up Mount Kilimanjaro! A few days ago I mentioned a special new feature that I was working on, and after a bit of delay, it is finally open – Isabel Lucas: 2009 Year In Review – a lookback at Isabel’s year, the highlights of it and my favourite moments. Recap on the news highlights of the year, as well as Isabel’s many appearances, outfits and press. You can also vote on your favourites of the year, as well as leave a comment (here on this post), if you want to, on your top Isabel things from the past 12 months. 2009 was a big year for Izzy, and this is Isabel Lucas Online‘s way of celebrating it! With 2009 now being over, I’d like to say a big thank you to everyone who supported and enjoyed Isabel Lucas Online last year! Not only have we maintained a nice number of hits, but the site has grown a surprising amount (all original content, 15,000+ pictures including the largest collection of high quality photos etc.), so thanks to those of you that have visited, contributed and commented here! Isabel Lucas Online aims to be the definitive fansite for Isabel Lucas – your one-stop resource containing all you would want on our favourite actress. To do that however, I need to hear your feedback, and I want to know what you think about this site! To help me build this site into what you, the fans, want to see, I’d like to know – What would you like to see more of here at Isabel Lucas Online? Which areas would you like to see updated most often? Is there anything you see elsewhere that you would like to see here? Do you have any suggestions on new things to add to the site? I’d love to hear from you, so please don’t hesitate in leaving a comment on this post! I’ve added screencaps from another classic Tasha Home & Away episode, this time the one in which she meets her father for the first time.
I’ve now completed the Style Rundown page where you can take a look back at the outfits Izzy has worn at public appearances over the years and see how her style has changed. The page doesn’t look perfect, but I may edit it around later. It includes details on who designed the outfit she’s wearing, if known, and I spent some time researching that, so please don’t re-post that information without asking Finally for now, I added a few more puzzles the other day – some are fairly easy, others are a bit harder • Home & Away: Episode – #3867 x300      |

Just a quick post – I’ve added Astrology and Name Analysis pages, as I mentioned I would the other day. The Astrology page is long but quite interesting – a lot of the things it says are very true of Izzy, ie the philanthropic bits! The name analysis stuff is quite random, but it’s nice to have it none-the-less, right? The Style page is a work in progress and will be fixed up soon! I will also be adding new games and media soon… |

I’ve tidied up the sidebar a bit by updating the Current Projects section and adding a few new top affiliates. We’re always accepting new affiliates, so if you own a fansite and would like to affiliate with ILO then just fill in the form! I decided it was time for a site content update, so I’ve been working on the ‘Isabel’ and ‘Extras’ sections today. I’ve updated the Biography and Trivia pages, including lots of new trivia bits that I’ve researched from articles. And in the Extras section we have some fun new pages – send in your Fan Experiences, choose your Favourite Outfit, play some uber-fun Puzzles, or get addicted to Transformers Picture Memory and Tic Tac Toe! I hope you enjoy these new features Stay tuned for more new content, including Astrology reports, a style page, more games and fun stuff, new media and more! I have a great update for you today Someone emailed me a few weeks ago asking whether Isabel was a vegetarian or a vegan - I didn't know the answer then, but if you read this new interview you will find your answer!! Next up, I've added new photos to two photoshoot sets. The first - 2007 - Session #007 - have only been seen with watermarks splashed over them, and these non-watermarked versions are exclusive to ILO. The 2nd set is 2009 - Session #001 which is the shoot they used in Cleo, and one of my favourites - Isabel looks incredibly gorgeous and classy! Whilst adding Home & Away screencaps recently I thought it might be nice to add a little episode run-down to the album description (below the album title) … I realised the run-downs might get a bit long, so I decided to work on a new page for the site – a Home & Away Mini Episode Guide! I will be adding short episode guides to this page for each episode we have screencapped – as you can see a few episodes are already up, and I will be adding more in time. Hopefully this will be a fun new feature to help non-Home & Away viewers to find out more about Isabel’s character of Tasha, and for our nostalgic H&A viewers to remind themselves of Tasha’s life on the show. I will be adding Storylines and Relationships pages soon too. I’ve also updated the Awards & Nominations page and the Home & Away filmography page. I’ve added scans from the July 2009 issue of Aussie Cleo – the spread is gorgeous and they used some of my favourite Izzy photos <3 The interview is also a really good read, and she talks about everything from Transformers to her charity work, to Los Angeles to her ambitions.
