Q & A with actress Isabel Lucas!

Isabel Lucas is a gorgeous Australian actress, who it mostly known for her role in Transformers: Revenge of the Fallen. I had the opportunity to ask Isabel a few questions about her beauty and fitness regimen, and the answers are so simple they might surprise you!

What is your daily beauty regimen?
Isabel: I wash and moisturize twice a day.

Is it any different when filming?
Isabel: No

What is your fitness regimen?
Isabel: I’ve never had a regimen until 2 months ago, when I decided to commit to climbing Mount Kilimanjaro, to raise awareness about the global clean water crisis with summitonthesummit.com. We climb in January, so I’m training daily, focusing on strengthening cardio heart rate.

What is the best beauty advice you’ve ever been given?
Isabel: Nurture mind, body, spirit, appreciate your body by eating fresh and when you can organic food. Drink lots of water. Much true beauty comes from within, through self-appreciation.

What are your favorite brands?
Isabel: I like to try and experiment any products that are not tested on animals and are natural. I like organic brands for skin, that are plant based, like rose oil. There are a few brands now that make beautiful products.

In your opinion, what makes someone beautiful?
Isabel: A strong loving vibration, natural glow, someone who owns who they are.

Who is your personal beauty icon?
Isabel: Sophia Loren

Who would you love to work with in the future?
Isabel: Juliette Binoche, Daniel Day Lewis, Michel Gondry.

Are there any rumors that you would like to speak out on to set the record straight?
Isabel: All stories about ElissaSursara and me doing a documentary (and everything else that followed or preceded it) are fabriacted. Elissa and I don’t know each other, we have never met.
