Today I have added screencaps from episode #’s 4210, 4211 & 4212. These are the episodes of Martha’s and Jack’s (first) wedding which ends in the Summer Bay stalker blowing up the barn where the reception is being held. Tash is not featured that much, but she is one of the bridesmaids and looks gorgeous in her coral coloured dress!

I may add more screencaps later as I love re-watching these old eps and adding more of Tasha to our Gallery! :)

I’ve added scans from 3 old issues of the Australian magazines Dolly and Total Girl, which were very kindly contributed to Isabel Lucas Online by Kelly! The issues are from Isabel’s Home & Away era and feature some fantastic behind the scenes shots from the show plus photos of Isabel with some of her castmates. I’m really excited about these scans because my Isabel magazine collection is limited so it’s really great to see some of her Home & Away magazine featurettes! Thanks again to Kelly for these. Enjoy the scans :)

Dolly (Aus) – September 2006 x2
Total Girl (Aus) – January 2004 x1
Total Girl (Aus) – Summer 2005 x6

Today I’ve capped another pivotal Tasha episode, this time it’s #4123 where Tasha discovers the truth about the Believers and what they’re really up to.

Then I found a less Tasha-centric episode to cap, so we have screencaps from #4045, in which Tasha is seen briefly helping out behind the scenes of the Summer Bay play ;)

Whilst browsing for more info on The Waiting City after reading the news that it’s going to premiere at the Toronto Film Festival, I came across the first still of Isabel in the movie! She plays a character named Scarlett, but I don’t know any more details about her part yet.

I’m glad there is finally some news on this film! It looks like an interesting project and it will be great to see Isabel in a different genre of movie.

New Australian feature The Waiting City is set to make a splash at the upcoming Toronto International Film Festival. The film as directed by young Australian filmmaker Claire McCarthy, whose previous credits include Sisters and the feature film Cross Life, starring Paul Caeser and Tony Barry. The Waiting City is a definite step up for McCarthy in terms of her cast’s notoriety, with such big Australian names as Radha Mitchell, Joel Edgerton and Isabel Lucas starring. It also has the unique distinction of being the first Australian film to be shot entirely in India.

The Waiting City follows the story of a young, seemingly happy couple travelling to Kolkata to finalise the adoption of an Indian child. However, whilst on the unfamiliar, intoxicating streets of a new city they start to drift apart from one another, the vulnerability of their marriage eventually revealing itself. It is a complex love story set against the epic backdrop of the bustling, historical city of Kolkata.

The Waiting City has been selected as a part of the TIFF’s Special Presentation section, a distinction usually reserved for older, more experienced filmmakers, which shows just how impressed the Toronto programming team is with the film. This fact will go a long way to distinguishing Claire McCarthy as an elite film director.

The Waiting City was developed in association with the former Australian Film Commission’s INDIVISION program and was financed by Screen Australia, the new Producer Offset, Spectrum Films, Efilm, Exodus and the NSW Film and Television Office. Radha Mitchell is also an Executive Producer. The Waiting City joins other Australian films Bright Star, Mao’s Last Dancer and The Boys are Back at the festival. All films will be released by Hopscotch in the coming months.

The Toronto International Film Festival runs from 10th-19th September.

I said yesterday that I would be adding screencaps from another seminal Tasha episode next, and today I’ve made over 490 screencaps from episode #4147, in which Tasha finds out she is pregnant by cult spawn Jonah! She spends practically the entire episode crying and it’s a very soap-y episode LOL, but Isabel is always wonderful as Tasha <3

Stay tuned for more H&A caps tomorrow, all being well!

Ooh I’m excited because I found a ton of Home & Away episodes yesterday, and I can’t wait to start making screencaps from them to add here for you! Today I’ve added almost 600 screencaps from episode #4292 which is the episode in which Tasha and her family leave for a new life in America – Isabel’s last appearance! It was an abrupt yet emotional exit for our favourite character (and we still miss her!).

Screencaps from another seminal Tasha episode coming next…!

Hi fans! Today I’ve added a full set of screencaptures from the Tourism Victoria advert video. Hopefully a better quality version that doesn’t have that massive title tag on it will be available sometime. Despite that, Isabel looks gorgeous in the ad, as does Daylesford (the region she’s promoting)! I’ve also added a few ‘stills’ from the advert – these have watermarks on them unfortunately, but they’re still very pretty.

This campaign will be taking all forms – as well as the TV advert there will also be print ads in magazines and online promotional banners etc. I’ll be keeping an eye out for these so stay tuned for further coverage here, as it pops up! As always, contributions of anything from this campaign would be really appreciated :)
