Today is Miss Lucas’ 26th birthday, and I would like to wish her a very Happy Birthday!! 
Isabel I hope that you spend a perfect day having fun and relaxing with your loved ones (and that you get a yummy chocolate cake!), and that the year ahead brings you all you wish for, and more! We can’t wait to see what you do next, and we will be here supporting you all the way! Thank you for being such a positive inspiration to us!

To start off Isabel’s birthday weekend, I’ve added screencaps from Home & Away episode #4148. In this episode Tasha is still trying to come to terms with the news that she’s pregnant, and she and Robbie try to decide what they want to do. Isabel gives a wonderful performance, and she looks at her most beautiful here as Tasha!
I’m hoping that my scanner is actually working properly again and that I will be able to start scanning some of my Isabel magazines/clippings for you over the weekend! Either way, check back tomorrow for a birthday post and more updates!

Thanks to my friend Annika I’ve added scans from a couple of German magazines. In Style June 2010 is almost exactly the same as the May US issue, but it’s in German so our German visitors will appreciate that I hope. And the September issue has a couple of bits about Izzy, including a make-up guide. Always very nice to see her featured in magazines around the globe! Thanks again to Annika for the scans.

As promised in my previous post, I have some media to add for you, and I thought I’d add it sooner rather than later as it’s so pretty! First off, my awesome friend Melanie has made 30+ super-pretty new icons for us! I always love her icons, and she’s used some of my favourite photos/sets of Izzy for us.
And thanks to the wonderful Emma we have a new page in the Media section now – Animations – as she has contributed a lovely A Heartbeat Away animation! Hopefully we’ll have some more of her work to display here soon.

A week or so ago I mentioned that I had lots of appearance HQs to add for you, and since I posted that update I’ve been adding them all to the Gallery, along with a ton of other photos that I had on my computer waiting to be uploaded. These photos include appearance HQs, candid HQs, photoshoots, charity-related HQs, Home & Away pics and more. Some are HQ replacements of photos we already had, and some are completely new to the site. They’re all over the place, so I won’t list every single album. Just browse through the Last Uploads page up til page 9 to see all the new additions since the last big gallery update.
This update also includes photos from Izzy’s Mount Kilimanjaro climb last year – I don’t know why it’s taken me so long to add these, but we now do have photos from the climb as well as related screencaps. Make sure you check out our exclusive screencaps from the full MTV Documentary too, which were posted about a week or so ago.
That’s all the photos I have on my computer for now! I have some media to add for you next, and I will also be working on completing our content soon too. And when I get my scanner fixed you can look forward to a ton of magazine scans, including some great old Home & Away era stuff! And not forgetting lots more Home & Away screencaps.

I had been waiting for the site since the trailer came online last week. So far on the site you can find the synopsis, cast and crew info, as well as some stills, which include 3 new ones of Isabel as Mandy! These have been added to our Gallery.
The film also has an official Facebook page now – facebook.com/aheartbeatawaymovie. And the distribution company have a YouTube channel which you can find linked on the official film website, and only features the trailer so far. Hopefully we’ll get a few clips before the actual film release!

Director: Gale EdwardsSummary: A young aspiring rock guitarist is forced to become the musical director of the local marching band when his father is hit by a bus just four weeks before a major competition.
Analysis: Hoping to achieve the same success that “Bran Nue Dae” had early last year, this Queensland-produced $8 million Australian comedy/musical boasts a familiar scenario that hopes to draw in local audiences not keen on the limited release art house fare that constitutes most Australian films released locally. Certainly the trailer feels like a hybrid of “Brassed Off” with a teen romance musical about a young geek and the girl way out of his league.
Acclaimed stage director Gale Edwards makes her directorial debut on the feel good film so one would expect the musical numbers to be staged impressively, how she’ll do with the rest of the story we’ll have to wait and see. Hoyts Distribution will be giving the film a wide release across Australia in March, and its fortunes internationally will probably depend a lot upon how that goes.
Ramping up its distribution arm, Relativity Media will take over distribution from Universal and release its 3D Greek mythology actioner “Immortals” on Nov. 11 in association with Universal Pictures Intl.
U had been set to distribute the pic domestically on that date. Pic’s directed by Tarsem Singh and stars Henry Cavill, Stephen Dorff, Isabel Lucas, Freida Pinto, Luke Evans, Kellan Lutz, John Hurt and Mickey Rourke.
Relativity changed the title in April — when Singh began shooting — from “War of the Gods” to “Immortals.” Story follows the ruthless King Hyperion (played by Rourke) leading his bloodthirsty army on a murderous rampage across Greece to find a weapon that will destroy humanity. Theseus (Cavill), a mortal chosen by Zeus, must lead the fight against Hyperion with the fate of mankind and the gods at stake.
“Immortals” is produced by Mark Canton, Gianni Nunnari and Ryan Kavanaugh, and exec produced by Tucker Tooley, Tommy Turtle and Jeff G. Waxman.
The distribution switch on “Immortals” from Universal, announced Tuesday, comes six months after Relativity absorbed Overture Films’ distribution and marketing operation and a week after Relativity released its first inhouse production, “Season of the Witch.”
Relativity’s upcoming slate includes “Take Me Home Tonight,” which stars Topher Grace and Anna Faris and is set for a March launch; “Limitless,” which stars Bradley Cooper, Abbie Cornish and Robert De Niro and is set for a March 18 opening; and an untitled David R. Ellis 3D shark thriller set to debut Sept. 2.
