When I logged onto Twitter earlier I had a lovely surprise seeing the The Wedding Party twitter profile updated, and upon further viewing I discovered they had lots of new The Wedding Party content for us!
A new poster for the film has been released, and it’s very colourful and features a very pretty Isabel at the forefront. The official website has been redesigned and fully opened, and it contains some great cast and character information, plus an absolute TON of new stills and photos for the movie! This includes lots of fantastic new shots of Isabel as Ana. It’s a real treat browsing through them all, and I can tell just by looking at them that the film is going to be hilarious.
I’ve added the new poster, Isabel stills and behind the scenes photos to our Gallery for your easy browsing, but make sure you drop on by the official website as well to see all the new content there.
And remember, Isabel alongside TWP co-star Josh Lawson will be honoured at the Beverly Hills Film & TV Festival tonight as Best Hollywood Newcomers! I don’t know whether Isabel will be attending – I hope she will – but either way, we will be bringing you as much coverage as we can put together right here tomorrow, so please check back then.

A few days ago I added over 100 new photoshoots from one of Izzy’s most popular photoshoots, taken in 2007, and today we are lucky enough to have some HQs from that same photoshoot! I’ve replaced the 21 photos we originally had from this shoot with HQ versions and they’re definitely worth another look, they are such gorgeous quality!

More – yes, more – exciting news for us today Isabel fans, as my friend Maria has alerted me to the fact that Ms Lucas has a spread in the new issue of US Marie Claire magazine! It’s a fantastic, fun and funky 8 page spread inside the issue, with all-new photos and a brief article/interview. I love this photoshoot, the colours really pop out against the brown. And I’ve said it before but will say it again, it’s so great seeing Izzy featured in so many international and reputable magazines now!
The issue has Katie Holmes on the cover, so next time you’re at a news-stand, keep your eyes peeled and pick up a copy to enjoy Izzy’s spread up-close.

Whilst doing a quick search for Izzy on Twitter earlier today, I came across this fantastic new photo of her, tweeted by @CovetComm! There’s no information on when or where it was taken, but based on the background, I wouldn’t be surprised if this photo was taken during Isabel’s African photoshoot for Aussie Vogue. We’ll have to wait and see I guess!
Covet Communications, the Twitter that posted the photo, is a “multi-facital style house that specializes in the public relations and sales of fine jewelry designers”. The tweet and Facebook entry tells us about the jewllery Isabel is wearing in the photo.

I have yet another fantastic, photoshoot update for you today, full of more rare treats! I’ve added a whopping 131 additional photos from Isabel’s 2007 photoshoot for Australian In Style magazine, one of her most popular shoots. The quality and size are not perfect, but the photos themselves are

Last weekend Izzy continued her support of the Transparent Sea initiative, attending an awareness event in Malibu. She was photographed with Catherine Clark, a singer, surfer, and fellow activist. The official Transparent Sea website have posted a snap of Izzy at the event, and I have added it into our Gallery. Further down this page is an article about the event too, from the same source.
Given that Izzy was in Australia earlier this week I think she has concluded her Transparent Sea journey for now, but if you’re interested in keeping track of what the remaining group are up to, make sure you visit the official Transparent Sea website.

Izzy was snapped out and about in Sydney a couple of days ago, and I added a photo from the sighting then, and today I have added a couple more. She’s wearing one of her favourite sweaters that we’ve seen her wear in 4 previous candid sightings this year alone! I really love this about Isabel’s style – how she has her favourites and re-wears them all the time – and it will be part of one of the pages in our expanding Style section …

Big thanks to our friend Luke Evans News on Twitter for the heads-up that Japanese actress Yuki Maomi will voice Athena in the Japanese dubbed version of Immortals. We wonder whether she sounds like Isabel!
Yuki Maomi make her first voice actrees for Hollywood film. The film scheduled to open in theaters in Japan on 11 November. Yuki is part of the Japanese voice cast for the action spectacle titled Immortals.
Yuki voices for Athena, goddess of wisdom in the film. Maomi Yuuki is a gravure idol, television star and singer. Born on 2 March 1980.
Another new TV spot for Immortals has been released, although again no Isabel, but a good watch never-the-less.
What does feature our Miss Lucas, however, is an absolutely gorgeous new HQ still from the movie! It’s a beautiful shot. Head on over to the official Immortals Facebook page to see more new stills from the film featuring the other characters.
EDIT: Make that 2 new stills of Isabel as Athena! Moviefone have also posted a new still of her, in an intense-looking scene with Luke Evans who plays Zeus.
I have now replaced some of the photos from yesterdays ASOS Aussie Launch with HQ versions, plus added a whole new batch of HQs from the event.
I also edited our original post about the event below, with details about Isabel’s dress – it’s the “Carine” dress from the Alexa Chung for Madewell collection, and is available from the ASOS.com website. Her shoes and drape are also from ASOS, and her bag and headpiece are vintage.
